I want to tell you about our 2019 January deer hunt. The deer hunts are always a great time. There’s always plenty of great food and fellowship shared with all, but the best part is getting to know the hunters and their family’s and seeing them with their deer that they bag over the course of the hunt, all the while becoming outdoor friends forever.
One of the hunters carter Piatt bagged a big 7 point buck on Sunday afternoon, January 19 on the last hunt of the weekend. He got back to the lodge and he comes in and we can see he’s really excited about something so he tells us all to come outside and see his deer I get out there and he has the biggest grin on his face holding his deer for pictures after he gets his picture taken he starts telling us all about it and all the time with a huge grin on his face. This hunt was one to remember. A lot of fun,food and memories made by all!
